Membership Validity
12-month validity from activation date. Benefits expire unless renewed. Full payment required before activation. Alcazar Concierge reserves the right to approve or reject applications.

Guest Policy & Privilege Terms
Benefits extend exclusively to the registered member and up to four (4) guests per request. All privileges are strictly non-transferable and may not be resold, reassigned, or commercially shared under any circumstances. The registered member must personally attend every reservation for privileges to apply. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Flight & Hotel Benefits
Flight discounts (up to 5% Privé / 8% Infinite) and hotel rates (up to 25% Privé / 35% Infinite) vary by route, fare class, property, and season. Upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, and breakfast are subject to availability and hotel approval.

Restaurant Reservations
- Fast Track requests are processed with 100% priority support by Alcazar Concierge.
- Confirmations remain subject to the rules, policies, and availability of each venue.
- Specific table requests or seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed in advance.
- Final seating decisions are solely determined by venue operational requirements.
- During peak periods or special events, preferences may be subject to change without notice.
- All reservations remain subject to availability and final confirmation by Alcazar.

Payments & Cancellation Policy
- Membership fees are strictly non-refundable once the membership is activated.
- Individual service cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled service.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur cancellation fees charged by the supplier, which are the member's sole responsibility.
- Restaurant and event reservations are subject to the specific cancellation policy of each venue, as communicated at the time of booking.
- Flight and hotel bookings are subject to the fare rules and cancellation terms of the respective airline or property.
- In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, strikes, government restrictions), Alcazar Concierge will make every effort to reschedule or identify an equivalent alternative at no additional charge.
- All additional booking costs, taxes, service charges, and deposits are the member's responsibility.

Third-Party Suppliers
Alcazar Concierge acts as a concierge facilitator between the member and independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport, event organizers). Not liable for supplier delays, cancellations, overbookings, or force majeure events.

Member Responsibilities
Members must provide accurate identification, respect local laws and supplier policies, and refrain from any misappropriation of privileges. Memberships may be suspended for fraud, misconduct, repeated cancellations, or non-payment.

Privacy
Member information is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for operational purposes. Not disclosed except where required to complete requested services or comply with legal obligations.

Amendments & Governing Law
Alcazar Concierge may modify pricing, benefits, and these terms at any time. Continued membership use constitutes acceptance. Governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

Acceptance
By purchasing, activating, or using an Alcazar Concierge Membership, the member confirms full understanding and acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated herein. Governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
