Alcazar Aristocrat Concierge ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Qatar Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy describes how we collect, use, retain and protect your information.

Data collected

We collect information you provide directly — name, phone number, email address, travel dates, destination preferences and special requests — solely for the purpose of delivering our concierge services.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity — when you submit a reservation or membership request, processing is necessary to fulfil the service you requested.
• Consent — when you opt in to receive commercial communications (email and/or SMS), we process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Legitimate interest — to improve our service, prevent fraud, and communicate about similar services you have previously used.

Use of data

Your data is used exclusively to fulfil your requests and communicate with you. It is never sold or shared with third parties outside our service delivery chain.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for a period of 24 months from your last interaction with us. After this period, your data is permanently deleted unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Membership records are retained for the duration of the membership plus 12 months.

International data transfers

Your data may be processed outside Qatar by our technical service providers — Supabase Inc. (database, United States) and Resend Inc. (email delivery, United States). These transfers are governed by applicable data protection standards and contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@alcarazgrp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Withdrawing consent

If you have consented to receive commercial communications, you may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email we send, or by contacting us directly at info@alcarazgrp.com.

Data breach notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, Alcazar Aristocrat Concierge will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with applicable law. If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to you personally, we will also notify you directly without undue delay, by email or other appropriate means. We maintain internal procedures to detect, investigate, and report data breaches promptly.
